well i have been off fatsecret for awhile. work got a little busy and i didnt stay focus with the website but i did stick to my diet. not to the T but nevertheless i didn't gain any weight on even during the holidays. I am back to the gym and trying to run again and do my 2 miles. But slow and steady. I'm just proud that I didnt gain any weight on phew....
