Jornal de Curvaceous Cutey, 15 nov 20

So I took everyone's advice and figure out what works best for me as far as weighing in. I've decided every other day works. That way I can still track my habits and hold myself accountable. Since I tend to go off track when I weigh in once a week. I'm always like "I'll get it down by the end of the week."😅

I still can't seem to log my homemade cooking though. So my food diary is incomplete sometimes. Any suggestions on that guys?

Thanks Bree! 💪🏽💕I recently bought a food scale and I don't like it very much. I should've looked for one with a built in bowl lol. It's a flat glass one but it weighs everything. Including the bowl that I put food in lol.😅 So I have to weigh the bowl first then subtract that from the overall weight.😩

Your scale doesn't have a tare feature? I can zero out the bowl. It also helps with multiple things. Weigh rezero weigh next ingredient. Mine is super cheap. Like a $10 model.

CC, I don't use the cookbook feature...just log ingredients as I go. Hebrew is right...my food scale will zero out each time I restart it. I didn't realize this for awhile myself.

Thanks stfnsalas!😊 I log about 1600 but I eat about 1900 to 2000 daily. lately I don't eat pass 8pm. Unless I want a snack and that's usually nuts I keep on my nightstand. I also workout every other day for a total of 4 days a week. Sometimes 5 if I'm feeling up to it. My snacks are always nuts, homemade protein bars, yogurt with chia seeds or fruits. Unless I overindulge lol😅

Thanks Kenna and it's definitely a pain lol.😅 I'm super big on portion control. It keeps me from just piling things on my plate. I honestly am leaning towards the find something that comes close angle. 😅💕
