I have been at quite the plateau for a while. It seems my body has remembered this weight and tried to keep me there for a long time. I was almost getting discouraged but thanks to you all I did not and to my wonderful husband who is so supportive. I finally started loosing again as of this weekend. Whew!!!! I knew I was doing things right just had to hang in there. Thanks for all the support you guys and remember to hang in there no matter how long it takes. For me it was about 2 weeks.
