Up a pound to 213.5 ...... NUTS! No, I really mean it - I had about 3 ounces of nuts last night after I came home from the Christmas event at my daughter's school. Now, although it's OK to eat nuts on LC, I was not really hungry but felt a bit "snackish" so I started with a few almonds and the next thing I knew it was 3 ounces. Hehehehe .. better three ounces of nuts than a chocolate bar or a piece of my mother's Christmas cake which coincidentally arrived in the house yesterday. The cake has not called my name yet ... we are not on speaking terms.

Busy day today to finish some final shopping. At the end of today I hope I can say I have finished all my shopping. Tomorrow is forecasted to be another crazy weather day .. and of course, I have a meeting in the office! I don't want another repeat of Monday's drive. I am hoping for the best.
