Intense workout tonight burning around 700 kcal. Very proud of this achievement. Used to hate the gym but thanks to an awesome personal trainer he keeps me motivated.
Challenge is now to increase my kcal up take from 2000 to 3200 to aid with muscle building and fueling the calories burnt with low fat, no sugar.
Any tips?
