Had a rough 2 weeks (mentally) and just wasn't feeling motivated to count calories or be strict with eating clean. I'm on leave now and just want to focus on relaxing. Managed to maintain my weight so far though. Hopefully will get back on the weight loss track once I'm more rested physically and mentally. Still reading all your posts though to stay "connected" and not lose complete sight of my goals so thanks FS family!

Enjoy the mental break 😌 we all need it at times. Being so focused on counting calories,diet etc can get mentally draining at times so enjoy and come back stronger and more determined 💪

personally, I believe that maintaining a steady weight between losses is equally important... gives out bodies necessary adaptation time and a chance to let the central nervous system adjust. it's a big shock to the body to lose weight and time to let the numbers steady is healthy for long term success and to keep it off 💪👍🙌
