I have gotten overwhelmed with teaching and have plateaued on my weight loss journey. I continue to get out of bed at 4:45 every day so I can walk 3 miles before online teaching all day. I know I won’t do it after work. It’s the food Intake I need to work on. Time to get serious again and count every calorie before it goes in my mind or my mouth. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by my 51st birthday on December 18th. That would put me more than half way to my goal of losing 70 pounds. I’m hovering at a 30 pound loss but I know I can do better. I need a renewed sense of intention.
