Shock...I'm down 5 pounds. Guess some of that holiday weight is coming off that I gained. Now I just need to get back in onederland and keep going downward. Yippee! Hope all my fatsecret buddies are having a great day. If I don't get a chance to get back on a computer before the New Year everybody have a Happy New Year! We Can Do It With God's Help!
