Feeling yucky to start the new year. My stomach is feeling queasy and I have a sore throat and headache, not what I wanted. Then I get to work, which I didn't want to but I'm really not sick enough to miss, and I'm it. Everyone else called in sick, so lucky me I get to stay late and run the whole office. I wanted to do a workout after work, but I have a feeling I may be exhausted. Tomorrow I'm planning on leaving work early, then I could definitely get a workout in, but we'll see, if everyone calls in sick again that will change my plans.
One of my buddies had a great idea to post their goals every month, so I think I'll do the same. I'm going to post what I think are attainable goals each month, and hopefully I'll remember to do it every month. :)
January Goals: Eat more veggies, at least 3 servings Exercise at least 3 days per week (that would be at least 12 workouts total) Eat at least 1 serving of fruit per day Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day Cut out carbs from junk food Be 2 lbs. lighter to start February
