I haven't been caring at all about what I've eaten. I've had icecream, 2 slice of bread-sandwiches and some peppermints.
But today, something bit me in my hiney, and starting with tonight's dinner, I'm going back on track.
I found that my local Publix carries Almond milk and it's amazingly delicious! I'm hoping this will help me find an alternative to having that sort of dairy in the house. Plus, it's a good snack. I also bought some zucchini and leeks, low sugar spaghetti sauce, Parmesan, ricotta, cottage cheese, 70% cocao dark chocolate, and some fresh pineapple.
I'm just hoping I'll be able to hang this time. I'm going to see if I can't make alternatives to the SB Supercharged phase 1 with stuff I've got in the house (due to some lovely financial limits) and then buy in bulk some of the main ingredients in most of the dishes by using coupons and trying to save as much as I can. It's hard being the only one on this diet in the house, and you have a limited amount of money to do shopping for everyone else in the house. Maybe I'm just new at the meal planning/shopping thing.
I shall see if I can do it. Wish me luck! Tomorrow, I will get back on track. I'm determined to lose 20 pounds by the end of March.
