It's been almost a month and still not counting calories so very happy to not have gained. Still working on my emotional well being but back at work and it's been stressful so hopefully this won't cause me to start eating my feelings or lose my appetite all together. So grateful though for my FS family who continue to encourage and motivate! You guys are the best! 💛❤️💛
