It's a big 20 degrees outside and I decided to go jog for the very first time. And I am impressed with myself! I jogged at least half a mile! I google mapped to see how far I went and it was half a mile one way and I jogged as much as I could. So it was probably more than half, I just didn't see how long I did it for. I will make sure to do that next time. I don't want to cheat myself!
