Okay I'm back. I don't want people that are reading this to think that I have been on a total rampage. I have been eating more (not healthy food) recently, but I have stuck to my running program and despite not knowing my weight my pants are still ill fitting so I'm not sweating it. I have decided to follow my weight watchers points. I wasn't doing that before and despite losing weight I wasn't intaking enough calories. I got something in the mail about the new Points Plus, but I'm not sure if I want to go through the process of joining weight watchers again just to learn the new system. I think I'll stick to the old system unless someone out there really thinks that I am doing a disservice by sticking to the very old point system. Perhaps I'll poll people at the group forum.

Anyway, I'm starting another ab challenge since I completely screwed up the last one I joined and I am continuing to train for the 5k. During a visit to my parents home in AZ over the holidays I did some weights with my dad. I am going to get back into the weights because my body needs it. This is going to be a good New Year. I'm looking forward to all that it has to bring.
