OK back below the weight I was right before Christmas. Funny it takes weeks to lose what you put on in three days. Well I'm back on track, that is all that matters. Thanks so much for the support from my buddies especially you Rob. Your words always boost me up. Plus the tip about Syntrax seemed to be really working.

That's great news! As long as we persevere, we'll ultimately achieve our goals. Even if we go one step back and two steps forward, the net result is a step in the right direction. Congrats Again.

Thanks for the support. You are doing very well. I need to hit some of those 3-4 lbs losses like you. You are right about perseverance. When I was a coach I preached that to my boys and to never give up, now I've to live it.
