I always mess up when I eat out. I look at it as a free for all. I just can't seem to help it. We don't eat out often, maybe once every two weeks. I tried to rebound this morning by workout out extra hard. I was on the elliptical for 42 minutes. I did 30 minutes of 1 minute super fast and 1 minute normal. I have to work late today, but I am hoping to fit in some 6 week 6 pack with Jillian. I am going to tell myself all day that it is going to happen when I get home and maybe, just maybe, it will. What's 35 minutes anyway??
