How did you make the string beans? I have fresh ones in my fridge right now ready for "breakfast", LOL Are they steamed, boiled or prepared some other way? If anyone knows how the Chinese restaurants prepare them please share that secret because I'd eat more string beans if I knew. 😉

@Meadows66 Oscar Mayer bacon bits, half & half, salt/pepper, onion powder and garlic powder is in the omelette.

@Julia these are "Steams in the bag" green beans. Not frozen. You should be able to find them in the produce department of your grocery store. If I'm cooking green beans from fresh, I will sauté them and avocado oil for about 5 minutes with fresh garlic and add the sea salt at the end.
