I am wondering if the scales are lying to me this morning. I have not been following my diet, though I have not gone hog wild either. I definitely have not been following Atkins like I wanted to. I even ate a candy bar yesterday. But my scales show a 5.2 pound loss since my last weigh-in.

The scale is probably correct! It takes a full 7 days for it all to catch up plus one bad day will probably not do much if all of your other days of 7 were good. So congrats on the loss ;)

Well, since we are using the same scale, and it was pretty spot on compared to the one at the doctor's office, I'd say it's telling the truth, lol. Congrats!
