This week I change my lifestyle! Awaiting a call from a very busy fitness trainer and tracking my eatings again. My biggest problem: Always start the day off healthy and end it by raiding the kitchen and having more than one helping! My body will regard this as weaning itself off a nasty habit and go in total shock and tantrum.
