I was rather upset this morning. I've been following this not eating after 7pm challenge, and I've not been POing before then, either, like I was before...so I've been doing better and still gained. I know I didn't gain a lot, but I shouldn't have gained at all. Still, I'm hanging in there. I'm not going to give up. I don't know what happened, but I'm going to stick to this challenge. I've decided, as someone suggested on one of my other journal entries, to make my main meal, lunch, and then in the eves I'll do soups and salads. There's got to be a way to do this. Anyway...hanging in there, and hoping all the rest of my FS buddies and the rest of the FS community will be too. Onward and downward!!!
