Year in review. I started the year at 253 lbs
January 2021 I weigh 190. 63 lbs gone
I joined Fat secret in February. I started measuring at the end of February. I measure 21 places from my neck down to my ankles
Maybe a little over the top but.... I lost 42.75 inches The biggest lose was around my naval just below my waist and it was 7.25 inches down. I can’t thank my FS family enough for your support without you I would not be starting this year half way to my goal. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️

Liv since there were 4 mounted I didn’t lose a pound I am very happy and surprised I didn’t give up 😎
