From last year to this I lost 2.3 pounds. At this rate I will be 82 when I reach my final goal of 120, which will just get me out of the overweight category. My ideal weight is 105 since I am only 4’11”, but I will be happy to get my BMI under 25. I had better make some changes so that I will reach it at 55 or 56. I have the data proving that I can’t do what I have been doing and reach my goal. No more excuses or flat out lying to myself. It’s going to take WORK. I can’t be lax and expect results.
