Have you tried visualization? I mentioned this to twilightblue, stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself, not as you are but as how you want to look. You're doing great, down 7.0 pounds already. That's fantastic, keep up the good work. Today is the beginning of the new you.

Visualization is good. When I look in the mirror I smile, and tell myself I am such a fatty, but a sweet fatty. I feel good!
