So my 'week off' has been quite good for me I think. Friday, I had a big evening meal with stir fried veggies (sounds good so far) and then homemade deepfried sweet and sour pork with a banana split chaser. Hey! Go easy! Tomorrow I begin my new approach with IF. On workout days I will preceed the lifting with 30 gr whey protein 15 minutes ahead. Then the IF meals will follow the workout. On non lifting days I'll be simply eating my IF calories inside my window. Though I allow 8 hours, I find I'm usually all finished within six. Looking forward to it. 1900 cal days with pre-workout protein ignored on lifting days. :) Let's see how this goes.
