I’m like you, but it’s dairy and gluten. Snacks use to be a struggle when I first found out, but there are lots of new things coming out all the time. I eat apples and peanut butter, fruit salad, apple sauce, alpro soya chocolate dessert, some tortilla chips are okay, quinoa or hummus chips are yummy (but I have to be careful to stick to a serving)! Hot chocolate made with almond milk and sweet freedom chocolate sauce etc. There are also a lot of good supermarket brand df/wf/gf ice creams now.

Poppadums with pickles, raita, onion salad or whaterver you fancy. Sharwoods poppadums are only 35 cals each!

I love the kids yoyo bear treats. they are 100% natural fruit nothing added and only 56 calories for 2 roll ups (one pack) you can buy them at aldi 9 packs for £3. There are different flavours but my fav are the strawberry ones. They definitely curb my sweet tooth!
