Very new to this platform and wondered how you were all finding it?

I seem to be eating quite a bit but I well within my calories, which is great. I'm just worried I'm doing something wrong 😕

Eat healthy drink plenty of liquids and exercise and if your within your daily calories you will do fine

I love this app. I find you are able to have more than you think when you count calories that help you make the right choices 😁 everyone is so friendly and motivating.

To be honest I made the mistake of keep buying new clothes as the weight came off that was a mistake but the more weight you need to lose the easier it is to notice and I think you more likely to notice fitness than weight loss

The scales show it quite quickly if you weigh once a week, but you will notice in your clothes first. Try on an old pair of jeans or something and you'll feel motivated. 😎

I wernt showing much but wen I started measuring my waist then I knew I was loosing weight lol x

hi there and welcome! we're a nice supportive bunch😃 with regards to your question...if you're within your RDI then you must be eating all the right foods 😉 unless you're not recording everything including tea/coffee etc🤔 depends what your RDI is as well... I'm sure you'll be fine and see the results in no time. good luck x

also new don't app says to have nearly double what I am using I average about 1000 per day but app says 1900 what am I doing wrong please any advice

Calorie counting can be Ur own worst enemy..if your consuming your 2000 calories your fine right? But what if in that 2000 calories 50% of them calories/Ur diet is fat ..with aload of suger thrown in which is a given.. then Ur gonna be a fatty boom boom. It's not how many calories your eating it's what your eating that determines your body's response.. Ur metabolism will slow down consuming/burning less calories on a daily basis before you know it youve put on 3 stone. Don't concentrate on calories concentrate on Ur fat and suger intake the rest will full into place
