Definitely annoyed that the scale went up today. I’ve actually been doing a really good job staying within my calories for the day. Has anyone found that FS is having them eat too many calories? The only other thing I can think of is that my period started yesterday so this could be PMS. Even so, it’s so aggravating. 😖😡

It's probably PMS, that's why I don't weigh myself when I'm on and I wait 2-3 days after I'm done with it to weigh myself

I think my suggested RDI level is too high, so I subtract 500.

I also found subtracting 500 calories from reccommended rdi helps me loose more quickly

It is annoying when you see it go up or stay the same when you know you're in a deficit. What can I say, another day when you're not expecting it, it will go down. It's cumulative, but you know that, I think :)
