Today is slightly better... except for that darn butter on my crispbread. 5ml is not much, but 1 tablespoon is alot. 🙈 Somedays I crave fat in its purest form. Disgusting. I suspect it's from eating low fat and then my body craves it! One day I can enjoy chickpea and tahini salad dressing. For now - it's hard work and determination!! I didn't pay R3600 to through it all down the drain! If I stick with the plan, I could be onto maintenance soon. If I make it difficult for myself, I just drag out the process longer and waste more money! I know this, all too well!!! 40kg should take 4 months! Not 7 months!
