I really enjoy being a member of this community. Its wonderful having moral support. I use to be the type of person who didn't really feel the need to eat before 3pm. I would then end up stuffing my face late at night. I have started eating a hardy breakfast (y'all have seen the pics) and lunch and I found a high protein Greek yogurt that I eat for dinner. I truly do not feel hungry at all. Quite the opposite. I sometimes have to force myself to get close to 1500 calories a day.
