Homemade bread “4 spoons” 4 tbsp sunflower seeds 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds 4 tbsp flax seed 4 tbsp chia seed 4 tbsp quinoa 4 tbsp green buckwheat 4 tbsp large oatmeal 4 tbsp dried berries (I had cranberries) 4 tbsp hemp seeds (I did not add) 3-4 tbsp natural syrup (I had maple) 3-4 tbsp coconut oil 4 eggs (if large then 3) 3-4 tbsp water 1 tsp salt if you want gluten-free, don't add oatmeal 1. green buckwheat should be soaked in water overnight. rinse thoroughly before adding 2. I mix all dry ingredients separately 3. eggs, syrup, water and melted coconut mix together 4. put everything together and transfer the mixture to a silicone baking dish 5. bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes
