I wanted to share something that I thought was quite cool. As of today, my net calorie burn for January is 29940 calories. Which means that theoretically, I should have lost 3.8 kg in January so far (1kg=7700 calories). And this morning I weighed myself and saw that I had lost EXACTLY 3.8 kg 🤣which means, the math doesn't lie. Or at least in my case. I realize this doesn't work for everyone.

I still have 40 days to reach my goal weight, but if I don't reach it within 40 days it won't matter so much because I have had countless non-scale victories since embarking on this new lifestyle 😍 I'm on day 5 of my 13 week training program and still doing keto.

I have to say I also LOVE looking at the diet calendar, and really appreciate the science behind all this. Sometimes you might be carrying some extra water retention weight, or maybe even hormones, but I so appreciate being able to look at it and see OK what is my deficit, what should I have theoretically lost, do I need to tweak something etc
