This Monday is another official "weigh-in" day at the weight loss clinic. I am confident I lost a couple of pounds. My issue that I need to fix currently is the sleep apnea. I took my physical at the VA, everything checked out. Cancer screens were all negative and blood work was ok, except for the LDL which was slightly elevated. It was over 20 years since I took the sleep study so we may need to look at things and make some adjustments. Since I had the study done with a civilian medical sleep study lab, I am going to have to hunt down this place and get the records myself. I guess I can do that Monday.
