Still not recording activity and food here, but I am keeping track in a small notebook on my kitchen counter...I have been successful in working out a minimum of 5 days a week and keeping my calories in check! My husband is doing the same thing. He needs to lose about forty pounds and we are doing this together. I feel we are doing rather well. I had a few false starts and my old eating disorders resurfaced, but I was able to get past that.

Good for you! It's nice to have a partner doing this with you, especially the hubby, so you can fix one dinner, encourage each other, workout together, etc...
