I have been seriously on the paleo plan since last wednesday and already seeing results despite scale having a dead battery and not being able to weight myself. I have made paleo meals, found a blog that I love called "everyday paleo" with amazing recipes and I have been cooking and eating well and slowly developing more and more energy. The cravings have stopped and so has the overeating when bored or stressed. The more I enjoy this lifestyle, the more I want to purge the house of carbs, etc so my spouse doesn't eat them either. =-)
