@Les Girth, yes, it is a trial and error in self control. I eat them after lunch slowly, and I am full. I don’t grab them before lunch or I will over do it. If I don’t have a small fix, I will over indulge later on. So far, it’s been a long time since I’ve over indulged on chocolate cake.. so all good. I’m working on when I will be maintaining. So I will not deprive myself. Just teach myself I can do this!!!! Have a great day!.
