Happy Saturday everyone. I’m curious if anyone else tried dividing their caloric intake per day in a way that allows for lunch to be the largest meal of the day AND seen loss as a result.

I have lunch as dinner and don’t eat at night. With a large lunch not hungry at all at night and I can pretty much have what I want at lunch. The pounds magically melt away, plus not snacking at night is a real plus.😁 have a happy weekend!
