My work is very stressful at current(again). Too much to do in so little time. My work day is 12 hours a day again. This is where my problems laid previously. The long days and the stress of not being on time.
There is a cafe just 50 meters down the road. That is where I used to buy me a sandwich, when the stress got to much(emotional eater). I have been there twice this year. Once for a Coke Zero, and another time for and Red bull. Did not have enough energy one day.(Stopped drinking energy drinks too)
I cannot believe, that I haven't had any cravings for that food. An oily, greasy, "bacon, egg, cheese, and fried unions" sandwich. That was my copping mechanism. Now I can believe I ate that!
Since I spent about two hours just browsing kilojoules of fast food, a week or so ago, I can hardly look at fast food without wanting to run away. Never knew what I was doing to my body.
That is probably one of the reasons I am still loosing weigh so fast. I cannot stand the sight of a fast foods anymore.
I eat the occasional burger and chips(twice last month), but I make sure it is not 5000kj(1200 calories). I choose as healthy as possible.
The one thing I am proud about, I do not crave food while I am stressing at current. For me that feels great. Every morning I get up, I feel great. Sleepy but great. Eating better is helping me cope like never before.
Now to get the rest of my life as organized as my eating habits!
