So frustrating, I'm doing so well with my diet, I haven't eat a single chocolate in over a week, no sugar at all, no refined carbs, just low-carb stuff and I've been doing great, the carb cravings have gone down incredibly, of course I still think about chocolate, cakes and candy, but I'm super happy and I've set my mind so badly on losing the weight that for the first time in years I can control myself for over a week. I know I just started my period so that might be the reason why the scale didn't go down but it's still frustrating, I also need to go up in my calories a bit, but I don't know how to do that without adding carbs and still I'm not hungry between foods anymore, so eat just because? don't seem like a good idea. Any thoughts on that?.
