AHHHH a place of peace :D
I have decided ,as it is my porogative,to change my workout challenges for the month, seeing that I apparently have set them too high for me to reach at this stage in the process.
Beginning in 5 days I have accepted a challenge from a fs buddy to Walk/Jog 10 miles a week. This is do-able regardless of the weather outside since I have walking DVD's I can use.Therefore no excuses accepted.
My knee is feeling better & I credit it to quick action. My cough is quieting & chest is relieving itself of congestion,again because of quick action.....better to rest up ASAP than to be *laid up* for an extended period of time.
Its a good thing to be kind to ourselves, as it is to be kind to others!
