Feb. 8, 2014. Really been here (160) for a couple of weeks but did not record. I'm good though. my goal is to stay between 155-160 so this high end makes me nervous. I like 157 better. But I still watch my diet, still working out. I feel good, clothes still fit good, so I'm not sure how to feel. I'm still thankful, God is still good.
