Guys can you please help/give advice. So i had my calories intake planned to 2000 a day but i never really eat that much anyway so i lowered it to 1500. It has been a week and felt really good and didn't feel hungry but last 2 days i keep getting crumps in my stomach and feel really bloated and my tummy hurts. I have been eating different food each day so i don't think is food related. Any idea or did anyone experience the same? Thank you ❤️

1500 sounds good, and if you are eating a variety of foods it sounds healthy. It is quite normal for your digestive system and gut biome to take a while to adjust to a new diet, so I wouldn’t worry too much as long as you aren’t in pain?

JanusWoman: yes i an eating loads of fruit and veg and in general healthier then i ever did before. It just seems strange that it started all of a sudden. Today i started having crumps like 15-20mins after breakfast. I looked it up but don't think I have any of the medical conditions so i will try to take my time and eat slowly. And thank you for your help.
