I’m sure others have experienced this before, but, it still seems so strange that cutting out “junk food” and just watching things generally seems to have changed how hungry I feel. I’m struggling to now eat more than 1000 calories a day even though the RDI calculation keeps recommending somewhere around 1700 a day...and I am certain I was eating more than 1500 a day before starting on FS. I’m not going to fight the “full feeling” but it just doesn’t compute especially since my last successful “diet” was Metabollic Research Center which worked well and I’m sure that was more than 1200 a day as well. Whatever is up, I hope it continues 😀.
