Haha the last day of this diet...only a few more hours and I will be enjoying fresh fruit and turkey sausage with a V8...I cannot wait :) I'm also looking forward to my pita pizza for lunch. To eat real food again and not starve myself. I am jumping for joy. But I want ya'll to take a look (tomorrow) at the amount of weight I lost in just a week. It is quite impressive...now watch me stay at it for a month...lol. And once again I do NOT suggest losing weight this way...it is crazy!!!

I took the day off from working out...I was so burnt out I didn't even feel like going around the neighborhood or doing 8 min abs...I just wanted to do NOTHING. Tomorrow I'm going to try to get in a leisurely walk and my 8 min abs, but today is my chill day. The body has been really, really worn down this last week.

This week is over I look forward to the next!! Good luck everyone!
