Had a great week as far as the scale was concerned (6lb loss)...after 10 days of it not moving at all or moving up. It is a cold and rainy day in Charleston so I thought I would make some soup. Still working on adding exercise into my life again...I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago and have been trying to let it heal a bit....but next week I'm going to try to take some walks or get on the treadmill.
