Today is total body workout day. I use Sunday's for that. I workout for 2 hours the rest of the week. I had been using that protein powder as well. But I did slack off for a few days. I feel disappointed in myself for not staying on track with my workouts within the last week so I had stopped doing that and the shake. Tomorrow is a new day to start fresh and I got myself together at least. I look forward to my workouts again this week. I also start my 40 day water fast tomorrow as well. I look forward to that as well. I have to get my weigh in as well. I weighed in a while. And it's a start on the fast too.
