I woke up this morning with every intention to stick to my calorie allowance for the day. I feel tired and depressed and disgusting. And these feelings are what make me want to eat. And then the eating triggers those feelings. A vicious cycle I’m stuck in. Hopefully, today is the day to break that cycle.
