Yesterday, I stuck to my diet plan, had a great session with my therapist and talked to a good friend for about an hour. My take a way from yesterday is that I need to focus more on self care and self love. I deserve good things, I deserve to be happy and I deserve to be healthy. Today, my confidence is up as is my determination. I’m grateful that the clouds have parted, if even just for today.
