Weekend report: so far not so good! lol I overdid it on the lasagna yestersay for reasons I cannot fathom, and friday it was the bottle of wine. Scale says Im okay though. First full day with my arm band, excited to see what my calorie burn is today. Im going to do my full fifty minute kettle bell workout and for the first time ever know how many calories I burned doing it. Its kind of silly because Ive lost 80 plus pounds without knowing, but maybe im just a silly person. Ive got my intake planned out for the day and im ready to burn the sheet out of some fat (lol).

Tomorrow im heading to the gym. I will only get one hour because Ill have to pay for tot watch... damn presidents. Tomorrow night im heading out of town, my sister is having an EEG tuesday morning. Because the hospital is over a hour away were driving there monday night and staying in a hotel. My sister has to be kept awake all night before the test, wish us luck. I will have to practice eating healthily on the fly if im going to survive tuesday at the hospital while being absolutely exhausted. Again, luck please. Maybe I should pack snacks... im a genius... im going to pack all my foods except maybe allow for a salad for lunch in the cafe. The reason I am going is because my mom cant do it alone, and I am an epic daughter. I dont mean to toot my own horn, but toot toot. lol

We will be home tuesday afternoon, get to bed early and back to the gym on wednesday. Hopefully weighing in at 146 on friday and we all live happily ever after lol.

Yep .. avocado's make a good 'carry with snack' (as long as you carry a knife) - just slice and use the shell as the bowl. Most hospital cafeteria's have yogurt and fruit too.
