I work out 4-6 times a week:
1) Heavy day: 6 different exercises for whole body. All exercises have 3 sets with 10-12 reps.
2) Medium day: 6 different exercises for whole body. All exercises have 3 sets with 10-12 reps
3) Moderate day: same as above
Between these days I do cardio- 45 min of precision run by Equinox.
After every work out I do stretching. And I walk to my gym, don’t use car.
And most important is my meal plan. I don’t drink any sodas. I don’t eat any fast food. I just don’t want. Quite lucky 😅. I love cooking, and sometimes I eat pasta, lasagna and etc. I am not very strict with alcohol. Maybe should be? 🤔 So I could achieve more. But I don’t want to have a crazy masculine body. I like my body and my routine so much. And most important thing is food scale. I do really count my calories.

Wow, that's quite some detail, thanks!!! I have to say as well that calculating my calories with a kitchen scale is the smartest thing I have ever done for my diet. I have full control of my weight and it feels like playing a video game. Of course there's some "interference" like holidays and some social events, but I accept it. However... I was impressed by how lean AND athletic you are. Myself I tried to "shred" my abs by lowering my weight, but under ~167-168lbs (at that point I'm quite lean, you see my veins on my arms and legs and some definition in my abs) I feel that my diet makes me feel weak, so the last time I stopped there because I think it's my body giving me a warning. Also I don't want to get into tricks like dehydration, or using products with side effects like steroids. All that to say, I was wondering what's your "secret"! It looks like you have some discipline and determination, as well good genetics!
