Valentine's weekend... aah the chocolate! Of course I had to be ill as well Saturday night and feeling peaky this morning so we couldn't play badminton to at least run some of it off. Then the weekly Sunday meal which was Greek today and as usual I was in charge of pudding! Tahinopita a non oil, no butter, no dairy cookie like cake which was around 200 calories per slice with greek yoghurt to go over it. Well done me... completely undone by my housemates deciding that all of the three other dishes needed cheese in them... why is that necessary!?! Obviously only had small helping, with a lot of jeering from them, things like 'it's not like you're going for the cover of vogue' haha so funny. Luckily enough my boyfriend is finally starting to understand and has taken all my white pasta and white rice home and never ever complains if I make a healthy meal. But there was still all that chocolate... Who can resist when it's there all for you? It's all fine because my mum is coming to visit me this weekend and she is dieting as well so hopefully we'll encourage each other. It will also just be nice to have her as a comfort!
Ooh almost forgot! I signed up to strength and conditioning associated with the uni riding team. Can't wait! Also slightly nervous because they're instructed and small classes... I'm going to be picked on aren't I. Oh well I will learn and get fit and get thin hopefully.
Just realized I also really need a hair cut if I cut off 3 inches of my ultra thick ridiculous hair I could probably lose 2 pounds... Such a cheat!
