You might have just hit a plateau, don't get discouraged. Sometimes the body also retains water when you've exercised and it's not an accurate showing of what you weigh. You haven't actively gained any weight either, right? Maybe if you did eat those evil tempting treats you would- so it's still worth keeping up.

According to your chart, you were 189, than 8 days later you were 180. Is that correct? If that's true, your body might be adjusting to such a huge loss in a short period of time. It also says you have been following the plan "reasonably well." Have you been eating your daily points every day? Drinking your water! Getting in your fruits, lean proteins, veggies, dairy, etc. Do you eat a couple of your AP's to help fuel your exercise? Also, sometimes when we add in extra exercise, our bodies get sore and retain water to repair the muscles. You may not see the effects of the exercise for another week or two till your body gets used to more exercise. If there is something you really want to eat, eat it, just make sure you have the points. It's good to treat yourself to something you really want so you don't feel deprived (use flex). Just keep going, you are doing well.

I definitely agree with Suzi that after such a large loss your body is playing catch up. You are doing a great job and, of course it is worth it. That's a no-brainer. Keep up the good work Lori!
